In the age of Web 2.0, user experience is what people are talking about. While I am in the process of embracing digital experience, my background is in the old-fashioned version - visual merchandising, product launches, fashion shows, exhibit design and event production.

What I like about both types of design is the way the same principle holds true - if it's done right, the the design fades to the background and lets the content shine through.
