A strange phenomenon of San Francisco - abandoned sidewalk chairs. These were the reason I started carrying my camera with me everywhere. There's just something about these things that were so obviously loved, or at least so oft-used, that are on the cusp of oblivion sitting there expectantly like puppies at the pound, hoping for a reprieve and a new home.
